Before joining The Times, Philip was chief speech writer for the then prime minister, Tony Blair; director of the Social Market Foundation; and an equity strategist at two investment banks.
Jim Harvey is an entrepreneur who has been building businesses for 30 years. A salesman, consultant and speaker specialising in pitching, presentation and personal impact, Jim is head of learning and development at The Message Business. He helps companies sell their products and services in consulting, banking, insurance and technology.
Matt Hirst is Chief Executive Officer at Utiligroup Limited. He led the management buy-out of Utiligroup and has driven its stellar growth since then.
